Shipping Costs & Delivery

Dispatch & Delivery Time

Every item in our shop is made to order—individually crafted, hand-assembled, and hand-painted (when needed). We don’t mass-produce, so each product has a Production Time before its Shipping Time. Production typically takes 5–12 days.

Estimated delivery times:

PostNord Shipping (Global): 7–12 working days

PostNord Shipping (European Union): 3–5 working days

PostNord Shipping (Sweden): 2–4 working days

All orders include tracking, and you will receive an email notification when your order ships. Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address when placing your order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the re-shipping cost.

Shipping Costs

Sweden: Fixed shipping rate of 58 SEK

All other regions: Fixed shipping rate of 175 SEK (converted to local currency)

Taxes & Duties

VAT is included in the price for customers within the EU unless you operate a business and provide a VAT number. Customers outside the EU are not subject to VAT.

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied upon arrival at the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
